Joshua Freund is an experienced benefits professional and futurist in design thinking for benefits strategies, with a passion for simplifying healthcare for U.S. consumers and improving employee health and well-being. Currently, Josh serves as a Senior Benefits Manager at Genentech, where he focuses on creating impactful benefits programs, including developing cutting-edge, industry-changing long-term pharmacy benefit strategies. In addition to his pharmacy strategy work, Josh heads data analytics for the benefits team and builds meaningful insights from a cohesive data integration strategy.

Josh currently resides in Minneapolis where he is pursuing his master's in Public Health Administration and Policy from the University of Minnesota.
