Dr. Harry Ritter is Founder and CEO of Alma, a mental health company on a mission to simplify access to high quality, affordable mental health care. Alma partners with independent mental health providers offering a “practice-in-a-box” solution including practice management tools, insurance contracting, and revenue cycle management for members’ practices. For consumers, Alma is a trusted destination to find care through Alma’s member directory and Client Matching service. Prior to Alma, Harry was Vice President of Care Delivery at Oscar Health and was responsible for overseeing Oscar’s integrated primary care and mental health clinic as well as telemedicine efforts. Harry has also worked as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company. He completed his internal medicine internship at Massachusetts General Hospital and earned his medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. He also has a law degree from New York University School of Law.

Danielle R. Shanes is Senior Vice President and Head of Global Benefits & Wellbeing at the NBA, where she drives the benefits, wellbeing and mobility strategy with an emphasis on employee engagement. She is also responsible for the collectively bargained benefits for players, referees and coaches. Danielle is a member of the NBA’s Dream in Color, Pride and Women’s Network Employee Resource Teams.
Danielle is a board member for the Northeast Business Group on Health, Chair of the Nominating Committee and a member of the Investment Committee; a member of the Steering Committee for the Path Forward on Mental Health and Substance Use; and a member of the Steering Committee for Women Fighting Hunger, an initiative of the Community Food Bank of New Jersey.

Sree Chaguturu, M.D. is Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of CVS Caremark, where he focuses on ensuring patients have access to safe and affordable prescriptions, while also contributing to the overall mission of CVS Health. He most recently was Chief Population Health Officer at Mass General Brigham and previously was a health care consultant at McKinsey and Company.
Dr. Chaguturu is also a practicing internal medicine physician at Massachusetts General Hospital and a Lecturer at Harvard Medical School. His articles have appeared in publications such as the New England Journal of Medicine, JAMA, and Health Affairs. Dr. Chaguturu received his BA degree in biology from Brown University and his doctorate of medicine degree from Brown University Medical School. He completed his internal medicine and primary care training at Massachusetts General Hospital.

Kathryn Martin has been Chief Operating Officer of MSK since January 2015. She oversees several functions, including Hospital Operations, Strategy, Human Resources, Digital Strategy and Information Technology, Real Estate Development and Facilities Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Legal Affairs, and Research and Technology Management.
In addition, she currently serves as Treasurer of the Greater New York Hospital Association (GNYHA) Board of Directors and sits on the Executive, Audit, and Legal committees. She is also a member of the Women’s Forum of New York.
Since joining MSK in 1999 as Executive Vice President and Hospital Administrator, she has overseen the development of the clinical expansion plan, the MSK Cancer Alliance, and the opening of many new facilities, including the Breast and Imaging Center (BAIC), MSK Commack, MSK Monmouth, MSK Westchester, the MSK Josie Robertson Surgery Center, and the David H. Koch Center for Cancer Care at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Before joining MSK, Kathryn Martin served in a variety of senior leadership posts at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, New York Hospital–Cornell Medical Center, and the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation.
Kathryn Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts in history from Boston College and a master’s degree in urban affairs and Policy Analysis from the New School in New York City.
In her spare time, she is an avid college and professional basketball fan. She is married with two adult daughters.
