Benjamin Sanders is the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Emerging Products at Lantern, where he leads corporate strategy, analytics, and the development of innovative service lines.

Benjamin has been instrumental in shaping Lantern’s cancer solution strategy, which now serves over 1 million members nationwide. The program delivers wraparound support to members facing cancer, including streamlined access to the right care, a dedicated team of nurse navigators and cancer care advocates, and bundled rates for discrete, high-dollar therapies. His leadership has helped drive Lantern’s mission to improve outcomes, reduce costs, and ensure that more people receive high-quality cancer care close to home.

Previously, Benjamin was at McKinsey & Company, advising Fortune 100 companies on large-scale transformations and operational turnarounds. He began his career in political strategy, shaping messaging for domestic and international campaigns. He holds an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Social Policy from Northwestern.
