Brock Howard is Associate Vice President, Lilly Employer Platform, at Eli Lilly and Company, where he leads the platform Lilly is building to help employers offer more predictable coverage for obesity care and better support employees managing weight and cardiometabolic conditions. Central to this work is Employer Connect, a marketplace of curated program administrators that launched in March 2026 to help employers navigate obesity management medication (OMM) access — connecting them with vetted partners for program design, cost management, and outcomes tracking as coverage models for weight management continue to evolve.

Brock brings over a decade of product experience in payer and PBM economics, including scaling an AI-delivered chronic condition platform to millions of members at Lark Health, where he also launched the company's first payer and PBM partnerships in weight management, and building consumer health products for UnitedHealthcare at Rally Health.

Brock holds a bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University and a Master of Public Policy from George Mason University.
