Katie Wubbenhorst is a Vice President of Pharmacy Consulting at Aon, where she focuses on building relationships and helping complex employers, hospitals and health systems, and health plans make better decisions in managing pharmacy spend and trend. Her work at Aon includes ongoing pharmacy consulting, custom formulary evaluations, PBM RFPs, market checks, PBM renewals, contract negotiation, and custom project work as needed.

In addition to her client responsibilities, Katie serves as Aon's Northeast Regional Pharmacy Leader, helping drive pharmacy strategy, talent development, and practice growth across the region. She also serves as a Clinical Thought Leader for the pharmacy practice, providing strategic insight on emerging market trends, clinical innovation, pharmacy benefit management, specialty pharmacy, GLP-1 strategies, and evolving healthcare regulations.

Katie utilizes her retail and clinical experience to consult on a wide range of pharmacy benefit strategies while balancing financial performance, clinical outcomes, and the member experience.
