Oversight of Well-Being and Work-Life Programs at the Walt Disney Company. Specifically, Employee Assistance Program (EAP - onsite providers and virtual team), Wellness (including onsite and virtual coaches and coordinators, diabetes management programs, maternity programs, onsite wellness activities, web-based wellness platforms, group exercise programs, wellness education, pilot programs, biometric screening and flu vaccines. Work/life programs including, backup child and elder care, resource and referral services, company discounts and employee classified programs. Also responsible for the management of key vendor relationships and insurance programs such as group life, short- and long-term disability, and Disney Voluntary Benefits. All areas of ownership focus around a "Total Wellbeing," multi-dimensional approach (physical, emotional, financial, and social).
