Work/life programs including, backup child and elder care, resource and referral services, company discounts and employee classified programs. Also responsible for the management of key vendor relationships and insurance programs such as group life, short- and long-term disability, and Disney Voluntary Benefits. All areas of ownership focus around a "Total Wellbeing," multi-dimensional approach (physical, emotional, financial, and social).
