Creagh Milford, DO MPH, FACOI is Vice President and Head of Enterprise Virtual Care, CVS Health. He is responsible for leading the delivery of the virtual product portfolio across CVS Health, including seamless, omnichannel virtual care solutions that deliver meaningful results for both consumers and providers.
Creagh is a practicing internal medicine physician and experienced executive who most recently cofounded and served as CEO of HighCare Health, a population health management payer and provider services company. His prior roles include CEO of FullWell, LLC and system-wide division president of population health services for Mercy Health. He has served as Assistant Chief Medical Information Officer of Massachusetts General Physicians Group & Mass General Hospital and Associate Medical Director for Population Health Management at Partners Healthcare. He also served as an operating partner for Gauge Capital, a private equity firm focused on payer and provider investments.
He is active in national health policy. He served as a Fellow of the National Academies of Medicine, working with the Board of Population Health. He also held positions with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the Department of Health and Human Services Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Doctor of Osteopathy from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Chicago—North Shore, and his fellowship in Health Policy and Management at Massachusetts General Hospital. Additionally, he earned a master’s degree in Health Management and Policy from the Harvard School of Public Health, where he served as a guest lecturer.
