Jenifer is Vice President, Health and Well-being in the Colleague Experience Group (HR) at American Express. In this role, Jen is responsible for US Healthcare, colleague well-being, and work-life strategy. Her team designs and delivers best-in-class health and well-being benefits that support colleagues and their loved ones holistically, including ongoing plan design and evaluation, strategic oversight of key policies and programs, and large-scale strategic projects. Jen holds an MPH in Sociomedical Sciences from the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and a BS in Health Sciences from Stony Brook University. She lives in Brooklyn, NY and enjoys traveling, volunteering, and outdoor activities like walking her dog.
