Allstate, Tracy has held several roles spanning product pricing, customer data analytics, competitive intelligence, and implementation, strategy and execution. She moved into HR in 2015 to take over management of Allstate’s Good Life Wellbeing program, with a focus on physical, emotional, work/life, and financial wellbeing. She currently has ownership of the development and execution of Allstate’s wellbeing strategy as well as oversight of day-to-day operations of wellbeing programming and facilitation of Energy for Life, course content to enhance human performance.
