Mary has over 20 years of experience in various pharmacy areas including pharmacy benefit management (PBM), managed care and retail pharmacy. Mary has broad clinical and account management experience in the PBM industry. Prior to joining Towers Watson, Mary served as the Assistant Director of PBM Clinical Services at HIP Health Plan of NY. While with HIP, Mary was responsible for providing cost effective strategies and quality improvement initiatives to clients. Mary then served as the Director of Clinical Pharmacy at Duane Reade’s Performance Script Network, a large regional retail pharmacy chain with local PBM services. Her responsibilities included client account management and support in developing programs and plan design solutions for the escalating cost of prescription benefits. Mary also served as Director of Client Clinical Services at HealthTrans, an SXC company, providing clinical support to clients with regards to pharmacy plan design and management.
