Carl currently serves as Goodpath’s President and COO, overseeing operations, technology, and care delivery. In this role, he is responsible for assuring high-quality delivery of Goodpath's 100% personalized care programs for each individual with AI- and human-led treatment matching per condition and coordinating health coaching operations. Several newer products, including whole-person care for cancer survivorship and medication management to improve the efficacy and efficiency of pharmaceutical medications, have grown under Carl's leadership. Prior to Goodpath, Carl was an associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, spending 6 years across their Dubai and Santiago offices. In 2014, he moved to Boston where he founded an augmented reality startup which was acquired by Wayfair in 2016. Post the acquisition, Carl became the head of product for Wayfair’s multi-billion-dollar marketplace for both the US and international markets. In this role, he built out numerous technology teams and launched several innovative efforts such as personalization of the shopping experience. Carl graduated from MIT in 2009 with a S.M. and Ph.D. in Aeronautical & Astronautical Engineering.
