Erin has over 15 years’ experience in innovating rewards programs for organizations ranging from non-profits to multi-national, Fortune 500 organizations. She currently leads the global benefits, mobility and well-being programs at Moderna.

She takes a truly collaborative approach to designing and continuously iterating benefits, aligning programs to support unique needs in competitive talent markets.

Her vision to elevate rewards to truly support company mission and personal well-being has been unwavering throughout her career. She’s led numerous efforts to transform programs and drive strategy, creating alignment with business needs and supporting employees and their families. Her passion is to elevate well-being to a business imperative, creating environments where every individual is understood and celebrated.

She loves life and embraces every experience and relationship, with passion for art, music, travel and fitness. She’s willing to try anything… twice.

She’s served as a mentor to young professionals, and in addition to her position on the Board of NEEBC, maintains roles on advisory boards and consortiums.

Erin earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Loyola University, New Orleans and a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University.
