Patrick Davish is currently Associate Vice President for Global Market Access at Merck. In that capacity, Patrick leads the organization responsible for the pricing of most of Merck’s products in the major regions, including EUCAN, EMEA, APAC and the U.S. His group is also responsible for strategic pricing for the pharmaceutical franchises, support for Business Development, and the Merck Access Program in the U.S.

Patrick joined Merck in 1993 in the Merck Legal Department. Since that time, he has also held positions in Merck’s Office of Federal Policy and Legislation and led the U.S. Communications and Policy function. He has also led several areas of pricing and reimbursement within GMAx prior to his current role. Before joining Merck, Patrick worked as an associate at the Ballard Spahr law firm in Philadelphia.

Patrick is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude and the Harvard Law School.
