Jason Parrott is SVP Growth, Innovation & Partnerships at Vida Health since June 2021. Vida is a San Francisco-based health technology company. One of his innovative efforts established a new clinical capability to address weight management / GLP-1's with a value-based approach to help patients and employers.

Previously, Jason led the Healthcare & Well Being Strategy of The Boeing Company since 2012. He led market-leading innovation efforts focused on pharmacy, medical, well being, and customized the drug formulary and utilization management (prior authorization, clinical step therapy edit rules, quantity limits, drug exclusions) and pioneered a new one-of-a-kind PBM contract structure with innovative terms and conditions, definitions, and full access to directly contract with any entity at any time for any reason without restrictions or cost-prohibitive PBM fees. Boeing is the world’s largest aerospace company and top U.S. exporter.

Before that, Jason joined AT&T, the world’s largest telecom company in 1994 and held progressive HR roles including benefits strategy.

Jason was Chairman of the Board for Midwest Business Group on Health, board member of Employer Health Innovation Roundtable, Integrated Benefits Institute, and Pharmacy Benefit Management Institute. Jason has presented at 100+ industry conferences and events nationally over the past decade and three industry podcasts. Jason earned an M.B.A. and M.S. in Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University, and Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University.
