Prior to joining Transcarent, Jon held leadership roles at Amazon, including within Amazon Pharmacy and Amazon Care. He previously spent eight years at CVS Health, where he led retail product strategy, spearheaded long-term care pharmacy innovation with Omnicare, and led CVS Health/Aetna’s evolution in chronic condition engagement and integrated care delivery.
