Charlie is Chief Medical Officer North America within our Health Solutions. He brings experience in health care strategy and analytics while working directly with the largest and most progressive employers nationally.

Prior to joining Aon in 2022, Charlie served as the Chief Medical Officer, National Accounts for Cigna Healthcare.

He first began working in the industry in 1984 and had 38 years of Industry experience.

Charlie’s expertise includes helping clients address a variety of strategic, financial and operational issues to maximize the value of their health and wellness programs.
Charlie assists clients in developing comprehensive health and wellness strategies that emphasizes prevention and employee engagement. His other areas of expertise include: customized care management strategies, vendor assessment, performance standard development and monitoring, ROI modeling, data management strategies and health plan measurement and monitoring.
