Nicki has spent the last 20 years improving care delivery, access and innovation both in the U.S. and internationally. At EDH, she oversees a team of oncology nurses and care advocates who offer members end-to-end support through their cancer journey. Prior to EDH, she held several roles at CVS Health, where she expanded access to virtual and in-person care and was responsible for external partnerships and growth strategies, including the Aetna acquisition. Nicki is a graduate of Harvard Business School and University of Dublin, Trinity College.
