Jared Lewis is Senior Director, Total Rewards at Curtiss-Wright, a diversified industrial company providing highly engineered products and services to the Aerospace, Defense, and Industrial Markets. With over 20 years of experience at Curtiss-Wright and 25 years of total rewards experience, Jared is responsible for the global strategy and administration of Curtiss-Wright’s compensation and benefits programs. Prior to Curtiss-Wright, Jared oversaw the total rewards functions for other large corporations and managed outsourced benefits administration for many large and diverse clients.

Jared earned his BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from Binghamton University and holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
