Josh is a Senior Benefits Manager at Genentech, Inc. He joined the organization as a part of the US Total Rewards team in January, 2021. His main responsibilities include long term healthcare strategy for 22,000 US Roche and Genentech employees and their eligible dependents. His particular area of focus is managing the healthcare data strategy, finding ways to leverage data for population health insights in both the short and long term. Josh's passion is working to ensure that all Roche employees and their family members have access to great healthcare. He has his undergraduate degree from the University of Redlands in Environmental Studies and is currently working on his Master's in Public Health Administration and Policy at the University of Minnesota's School of Public Health.
