David Osborne is an accomplished tech executive with over 10 years of experience in fast-growing businesses centered on technology that leverages AI to drive member engagement and behavior change. He is the General Manager, VP of Sword Predict, the first AI engine built to detect and engage the highest risk members to mitigate MSK surgery and costly procedures.

David began his career in the public sector for organizations including the NYC Department of Education and the Gates Foundation. He was a product manager on the Obama Campaign. He founded Team Theory, a behavior change consultancy for early-stage startups. He served as the Head of Strategy & Expansion at Noom, a weight loss and healthcare startup. He graduated from Northwestern University. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife and newborn son.
