She emphasizes that patients taking a GLP-1 to lose weight should "work with an experienced team, such as a doctor and registered dietitian, who will supervise your weight loss progress and are committed to helping you lose weight in a healthy way." At FORM, patients work one-on-one with an Obesity Medicine Doctor and Registered Dietitian to create an individualized plan that addresses nutrition, physical activity, and mindset shifts; and includes a prescription for FDA-approved medication, as appropriate.
