Renya Spak has spent more than twenty years working at the intersection of human resources and healthcare innovation. As Chief Growth Officer at Well, she leads the company’s growth strategy and partnerships with large employers seeking new ways to improve workforce health and manage rising healthcare costs.

Renya began her career as a benefits consultant and later became a Partner at Mercer, where she founded the Center for Health Innovation to help employers explore emerging approaches to improving workforce health and managing healthcare costs. Today, her work at Well focuses on helping organizations move beyond traditional programs toward more personalized approaches that combine data, behavioral science, and AI technology to better engage people in their health.

She holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Michigan School of Public Health.
