Neal Mills, MD, MBA is the Chief Medical Officer at EHE Health, where he leads clinical strategy and advances preventive, evidence based care to improve long term health outcomes. He partners closely with clinical, operational, and executive teams to ensure high standards of quality, physician engagement, and innovation across the organization.

Prior to EHE, Dr. Mills served as Global Chief Medical Officer at Goldman Sachs, where he oversaw workforce health strategy at a global scale. Earlier in his career, he was a Medical Director at Moda Health Plan, focusing on clinical quality and population health. He also served as Chief Medical Officer at Aon, where he supported employers during COVID 19, helping to design and implement return to work and workforce health strategies.

Beyond his corporate and clinical roles, Dr. Mills has been committed to serving underserved communities, having served as an Advisor and Inspiring Children Foundation, supporting initiatives focused on underprivileged youth.
