Joseph Narus is a Senior Director and the Associate Medical Director of the Ralph Lauren Center at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK). In his role, he manages clinical operations ensuring health equity and cancer screening in underserved communities.
With nearly 3 decades of healthcare experience, he joined MSK in 2005, working in the Male Sexual and Reproductive Medicine Program, where he provided medical management for sexual dysfunction after cancer treatment. He’s a strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion building, and has done extensive work within the LGBTQI+ community and currently serves as Co-chair of MSK’s LGBTQI+ Clinical Advisory Committee.
Joe has served as the inaugural Chair and Co-Director of MSK’s Nurse Practitioner Council and founded MSK’s Alliance Advanced Practice Provider Oncology Symposium in 2019.
He’s a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the American College of Health Care Executives, the International Society of Sexual Medicine, and the Sexual Medicine Society of North America, where he’s one of the first nurse practitioners elected as a Fellow member.
