Albert oversees Benefit Design, Analytics & Strategy at Surest, managing four key areas: plan design, performance evaluation, provider assessment, and self-insured employer strategy. In addition to these responsibilities, Albert is a leader in product innovation, developing new product features and strategies to enhance outcomes and optimize performance. Prior to joining Surest in 2020, Albert spent a decade with Mercer in New York City, consulting for jumbo clients, and five years at Excellus BCBS in Rochester, NY. Albert holds a bachelor’s degree from Rochester Institute of Technology.
