Greg is the Health Leader within Alight’s Value Engineering practice, operating virtually from Charlotte, North Carolina. Greg is responsible for demonstrating and monitoring the value Alight’s solutions bring to current clients and prospects. He partners with HR and benefit teams to align corporate strategy with services and technology solutions to drive the maximum return for their investment.

Greg has worked in the Value Engineering practice at Alight since 2021. Greg’s expertise covers a broad range of areas, including value management, benefit program strategy and design, funding and pricing strategy, healthcare reserving, and integrated program delivery.

Prior to joining Alight, he worked for 15 years at an HR consulting firm as a health and retirement actuary. Greg has benefits experience across self-funded and fully insured healthcare plans, post-retirement medical plans, defined benefit and defined contribution plans.

Greg holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from North Carolina State University.

He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).
