She focuses on optimizing processes, leveraging technology and fostering collaboration to enhance operational effectiveness and service quality. Melissa has a strong background in clinical leadership, service delivery and organizational growth. At Telus Health, she served as Senior Clinical Director, overseeing clinical digital services, call center operations and special clinical programs while streamlining processes to enhance service quality. Prior to that, she advanced through several leadership roles, gaining expertise in trauma support, workplace programs and network development. Melissa earned her Master of Social Work degree with a specialization in healthcare from Loyola University Chicago.

Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and finding creative ways to unwind. She comes from a large Mexican-American family and values the connections and experiences that come with it.
