Kathleen A. Harris, MPH, is a nationally recognized benefits strategist and executive leader with twenty years of experience in global benefits, healthcare innovation, and workforce strategy.

As Head of Consultant Relations and Strategic Programs at Forma, Kathleen works alongside employers and consultants to build globally compliant benefits programs centered on flexibility, personalization, and measurable outcomes, helping organizations move from rigid, one-size-fits-all benefits to systems that work for modern workforces.

As Vice President of Global Benefits at Time Warner (now Warner Bros. Discovery), Kathleen was among the first benefits leaders to champion inclusive and progressive benefits including surrogacy, elective egg freezing, and personalized healthcare advocacy. She oversaw global health and welfare, retirement, and well-being programs across a complex, multinational organization for more than a decade.

Through Cornfield Point Consulting, she has guided more than a dozen digital health startups from concept to commercialization. A sought-after industry voice, Kathleen serves on the board of the Northeast Business Group on Health, co-authored a leading employer guide on social determinants of health, and speaks regularly at national conferences on the future of benefits and workforce health.

She holds a Master of Public Health from Yale University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Indiana University Bloomington.
