Isabella serves as Director of US Benefit Plans at PVH Corp. formerly known as the Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation, an American clothing company which owns brands such as Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. Isabella is a benefits and wellbeing expert with extensive experience in program design and implementation, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, as well as change management. Isabella has a proven track record of building high performing benefit portfolios across a number of organizations within various industries.

Isabella received a degree in Business Management with a minor in Italian language from CW Post Long Island University.
