Matt Adamson leads retirement and financial wellness programs for Bloomberg, L.P. He has over 20 years of experience designing, implementing, and administering benefits programs across a range of disciplines. Prior to Bloomberg, Matt was Vice President, Total Rewards at Mastercard, where he was responsible for retirement, financial education, and PTO benefits. He also spent five years supporting several major global business lines as a compensation consultant. Previously Matt led client engagements at Mercer, with a focus on defined contribution plans and investments. Matt has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Dayton and is based in New York City.
