Urvashi Saigal is the Director of Benefits for North America at the global food company, Danone. Her purpose is engagement in employee health while building better business outcomes.

Her vast knowledge and experience of the employee benefits and national healthcare market includes value based care, PBM design/funding, and healthcare access strategies to create innovative solutions while focusing on population health and the employee experience. She has been a longtime advocate of implementing targeted base point solutions that help employees manage their diseases that are controllable and preventable. Analyzing real data and providing access and solutions that reach her socially and regionally diverse workforce is a core principle of her long term goals. She is a longtime NJ resident that holds a MS in Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a BA, Economics from Rutgers University.
