When missions align, the impact is undeniable. The Highmark Health 2023 annual report celebrates that as part of their collaboration with Spring Health, they will expand the number of access points to behavioral health care by 40% for their members, including children and teens. Speaking to the power of expanding access via digital capabilities, Dr. Timothy Law, Chief Medical Officer for Highmark Inc., said “we are finding that virtual care is helping to remove some of the stigma associated with behavioral health, which means more people are getting the treatment they need at a time when we are seeing dramatic increases in depression and anxiety due to the pandemic.” With each organization we support, we continue our mission to eliminate every barrier to mental health.

According to the World Health Organization, 1 in 6 adults worldwide experience infertility. Despite its prevalence, many remain silent. In your organization, there are likely employees who have experienced unsuccessful attempts with fertility medications, IUI procedures, IVF retrievals, and embryo transfers—all while juggling work responsibilities, deadlines, and meetings.
