Kevin Hern is the Senior Vice President of Pricing, Reimbursement, and Access Strategy and Capabilities for Lilly USA at Eli Lilly and Company.

Kevin joined Lilly in 2004 and held roles with increasing level of responsibilities across Finance including financial leadership positions in Commercial, R&D, Manufacturing, Treasury, and Investor Relations. He transitioned to his current role in the Lilly USA Value and Access organization in August 2022. Prior to that, Kevin spent four and a half years as Vice President, Investor Relations, receiving recognition for the #1 IR team and #1 IR Officer in the pharma industry.

Kevin earned a bachelor's degree in secondary education from Miami University and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
