Susan Pergament is North American Benefits and Policy Lead at dentsu international, a Japanese international advertising and public relations company with over 50,000 employees. For the last six years, Susan has led the development, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs for dentsu employees in North America.

Susan is a highly accomplished Total Rewards leader with nearly 30 years of experience in health and welfare, retirement programs and deferred compensation. Susan has a proven track record of successful cost management of vendors, negotiation, outsourcing and driving technology enhancements.

Previously, Susan led employee benefits for major retail companies, including ANN INC.—the parent company of Ann Taylor and LOFT Lou & Grey—and The Children’s Place.
