Gaurang Choksi (He/Him) is the Founder and CEO of Violet. As a gay man, an Indian immigrant, and as someone that grew up on Medicaid, Gaurang has seen first-hand how much more inclusive our health care system can be to meaningfully serve all diverse Americans. The Violet team is building the first-ever standard measure for inclusive care delivery, enabling employers, health plans, and digital health organizations to ensure that all benefits are inclusive enough for the many diverse employees they're serving. Prior to building Violet, Garuang built Oscar Health - an insurance company built from the ground up.
