Shannon Dilema joined KKR in August of 2022 as a Global Benefits & Wellness Specialist where she is responsible for developing the global benefits strategy and wellness programming. KKR is a global investment firm with approximately 2,500 employees across 23 cities. Prior to joining KKR, Shannon was the Americas Head of Benefits at BlackRock, another financial services firm. Previously she worked at Mercer and Willis as a health and welfare benefits consultant and worked with clients across many different industries and markets. Shannon earned a BA from Arizona State University in Spanish Literature.
