Responsibilities
As a Senior Vice President and Region Practice Leader (RPL) for Aon's Greater NY Health Solutions Practice, Caroline is responsible for the growth and profitability of the region including insuring client satisfaction, growth, retention and service delivery. As a passionate healthcare leader, Caroline is focused on working with our teams to bring innovative, cost effective solutions to meet our client’s needs. Caroline is also a member of Aon’s US Health and Benefits Executive Committee, helping to drive consulting innovation and colleague excellence.

Caroline has over 20 years of experience in healthcare consulting, working with clients across various industries to ensure their employee benefits programs integrate with HR strategies and overall business objectives. Prior to joining Aon in April 2017, Caroline spent 13 years at another large consulting firm, where she played various leadership roles and client management roles.
Expertise
Caroline has experience working with a range of industries but does have a focus in pharmaceutical (including bio-pharmaceutical), consumer products, manufacturing, and group purchasing negotiations including private equity clients and their portfolio companies.
