Megan Yost is a Senior Vice President and Engagement Strategist at Segal Benz. A recognized thought leader in benefits communications, Megan has led award-winning campaigns with some of the country’s biggest plan sponsors to improve and increase participants’ interactions with their benefits.
Megan speaks frequently at industry conferences and with policymakers. She has testified several times before the ERISA Advisory Council to the U.S. Department of Labor. She’s been quoted in dozens of U.S. and European media outlets including The Boston Globe, CNBC, PlanSponsor, Investment News, and The Huffington Post. She’s a member of the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association (DCIIA) Executive Committee, serving as its Communications Committee Chair. Additionally, she serves as a judge for industry awards, including DCIIA and Pensions & Investments’ (P&I) Excellence & Innovation Awards and P&I’s Eddy Awards.
Prior to joining Segal Benz, Megan was the Head of DC Experience at State Street Global Advisors. Megan earned a BA in English from Colby College and an MBA from Boston University.
