Lauri Tenney is Executive Director of Benefits for CVSHealth. In her role, Lauri leads a team responsible for providing strategic direction relative to developing and designing corporate benefits plans and programs. Lauri’s primary goals are to meet the business objectives of a large, diverse colleague population, support overall engagement and personal accountability, and serve as a barometer for the company's purpose of “bringing our heart to every moment of your health” by driving innovation and leveraging the internal assets of the business.

Lauri has more than 20 years experience in corporate benefits realm. Prior to her role at CVSHealth, she spent 17 years at Dell/EMC Corporation. Her last role within the organization was Director of Benefits for North America. Lauri earned her B. A. in English and Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration from Framingham State College, Framingham, MA.

Lauri believes as an organization human capital is our most valuable asset. She is passionate and challenged by designing programs and plans that attract, retain and develop talent.
Lauri has spoken frequently and nationally on a variety of corporate benefits topics. She has been featured on WCVB’s Chronicle for Employee Benefits and in numerous publications such as the Providence Business Journal, Worcester Telegram, Silicon Valley Business Journal, and Washington Post Online.
