Diana Gulick is an Associate Director in Benefits and Wellbeing with experience in promoting the health and wellbeing of communities and worksites. Diana is a firm believer that individuals embrace their own definition of ‘healthy’ and as a wellness professional, we need to meet each person where they are on that journey.

Diana has more than 20 years’ experience working in the field of community health and workplace health promotion. Before joining Merck in 2017, Diana worked for 10 years at Independence Blue Cross (IBC) advising, coordinating and implementing wellness programs and services for a diverse range of organizations. In her current role, Diana is responsible for creating a culture of wellbeing at Merck by managing the network of wellbeing champions, coordinating health enhancing activities such as Mental Health First Aid trainings and collaborating with our partners at EXOS and FLIK to help employees move more and eat well. While in her current role, Merck has earned external recognitions such as the Best Employers: Excellence in Health & Well-Being Platinum Award, American Heart Association (AHA) Gold Award, and the CEO Cancer Gold Standard.

Diana attended West Chester University where she earned her B.S. in Public Health/Health Promotion and received her M.Ed. in Health Promotion and Behavior from the University of Georgia.
