Annette Powers is currently the Vice President, Strategic Economic and Access Marketing at Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS). She is responsible for leading the group to focus on developing the market access strategies and tactics while also developing the resources highlighting each product’s value proposition
Prior to joining BMS, Annette held various positions of leadership at Celgene, Eisai, and Johnson and Johnson. Her previous commercial responsibilities have included overseeing Market Access which included the Payer account teams, US HEOR, the Payer Marketing Teams, Oncology Key Account Sales team and Reimbursement Services. She has also held medical roles in Medical Affairs and Medical Information and led various MSL teams. Prior to BMS, Annette started her professional career as a clinical infectious disease and critical care pharmacist at Newark Beth Israel and held faculty positions at Rutgers College of Pharmacy and Seton Hall University.

Annette received her Doctor of Pharmacy and Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Rutgers College of Pharmacy in Piscataway, NJ. She also received her MBA from Rutgers Graduate School of Management in Newark, NJ. Annette enjoys traveling watching sports, working out and spending time with her husband Tom, their children Sydney and Luke and their dog Eli.
