Susan French is the Senior Manager, Global Total Rewards at Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. In this role, she is responsible for driving the strategy and development of the Cooperative’s benefits and wellness programs, including health and welfare, retirement, and disability, for Ocean Spray’s 2,000 employees in the corporate location, as well as ten manufacturing locations in North America and Chile. Susan is also responsible for the benefits oversight of offices in Canada, U.K., Australia, China, Mexico and France. Susan is passionate about providing employees and families the benefits and tools they need to enhance total well-being. Under her leadership, the Worksite Wellness Council of Massachusetts has awarded Ocean Spray the 2017, 2018 and 2019 Work-Well Massachusetts Award for exemplary worksite health promotion. Ocean Spray was also awarded a “Healthiest Employer” award from the Boston Business Journal in 2016. Susan has over twenty years of experience in benefits strategy and design for various industries including consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, financial services and retail. Susan has been with Ocean Spray for fifteen years and prior to joining the grower-owned Cooperative, she was with Boston Financial Data Services.
