She oversees the Summus clinical team and supports product, data, and physician network strategy in support of Summus’ mission to provide fast, virtual access to high quality medical expertise across the care continuum. Dr. Mulcare works closely with Centers of Excellence across leading health systems that partner with Summus to bring an innovative virtual model to specialty care. Dr. Mulcare completed her undergraduate education at Princeton University and medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. She completed her Emergency Medicine residency at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, was Chief Resident, and then did a fellowship in Geriatric Emergency Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical Center. Dr. Mulcare was an attending Emergency Medicine physician at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center and is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Emergency Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine. She is the Director of Undergraduate Medical Education, Assistant Director for the Margaret and Ian Smith Clinical Skills Center at Weill Cornell Medicine, and Assistant Director of the Healthcare Leadership and Management Scholars Program.
