He collaborates with medical practitioners and our network of healthcare facilities to optimize the delivery of patient care. Before joining Accolade, Jack developed a passion for helping others through customer service in hospitality management. That passion led Jack to discover his calling: making a real difference in our members and customers’ healthcare experiences. “I get excited about making a meaningful impact on our members' lives. My Accolade journey lets me combine my passion for helping others with purpose.” Jack appreciates how Accolade’s culture fosters a sense of belonging: “The relationships within our team are amazing; we always support each other. When plans change, contacting a new provider can be complex and confusing. That is what happened to a member who called Accolade after trying to reach her provider and not getting the care she needed. Jack assured the member he was there to advocate for her by instantly reassuring her and jumping in to resolve her issue by contacting her provider. After confirming with her provider that her appointments would be covered, Jack made sure she knew the issue was resolved. She felt incredibly grateful for Jack’s support and commitment to getting her the care she needed. “When I assist members with their healthcare needs, it is not just a job – it is becoming a vital part of their story.
