As Vice President, Global Benefits & Mobility, Moran is responsible for the strategy, governance, development, and execution of Nielsen’s award-winning US benefits programs as well as global well-being and mobility for ~15,000 associates across 40+ countries. Prior to his appointment in 2023, Moran served as Vice President, Talent Strategy, acting as a key partner and advisor to Nielsen’s CFO and senior leadership within Finance & Enterprise Operations. Throughout his tenure with Nielsen, Moran has led large-scale global organizational redesigns and scaled early-career development programs to strengthen the talent pipeline while maintaining a focus on the commitment to building better experiences for employees and organizations alike. He graduated cum laude from Siena College in Loudonville, NY, with a BS in Finance.
