Steven Morgan is the Vice President of Total Rewards at FanDuel Group, where he has served since 2019. In this role, he leads the Compensation and Benefits functions for a rapidly growing organization of approximately 4,000 employees. His primary focus is on designing and delivering competitive, innovative, and engaging total rewards programs that support FanDuel’s ability to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

Before joining FanDuel, Steven spent 12 years at PepsiCo in a variety of Total Rewards roles. His experience there spanned key areas such as General Compensation, Executive Compensation, Sales Compensation, Global Mobility, and Total Rewards Learning & Development—equipping him with a comprehensive and strategic understanding of employee rewards on both domestic and international scales.
