Shannon Boehm, Director of Benefits, leads the employee health and retirement benefits programs at NRG. Shannon is responsible for overseeing the overall program strategy, which includes developing budgets, maintaining vendor relationships, and enhancing the employee experience. Shannon holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and has held multiple positions within the HR Function throughout her career. The ability to support her colleagues drove her to HR, and her data skills pulled her toward employee benefits. She is deeply passionate about preventive healthcare and mental well being and these are significant elements of the benefits strategy she deploys at NRG.
