Latricia Parker is the Vice President of Global Benefits at The Estee Lauder Companies, Inc. In this role, Latricia oversees the governance, design, and delivery of benefit programs worldwide.

With 30 years of experience in benefits, Latricia focuses on aligning the global benefits philosophy with the company's strategic vision. She aims to create equitable benefits that are competitive, cost-efficient, and relevant in today's market while maintaining the company's core values. Additionally, she ensures that ELC's programs support employees to achieve financial, physical, and emotional wellbeing through programs that are both affordable and flexible. Latricia also serves as the Secretary to the Employee Benefits Committee, which is responsible for the strategic design, funding, and operations of all benefit plans globally.

Since 2016, Latricia has been on the Board of Directors of the North East Business Group on Health and has served on the Alight Solutions Health & Wealth Council since 2013. She is also an Executive Sponsors of the Kindred Employee Resource Group at The Estee Lauder Companies.

Latricia earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University and holds several professional certifications from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, including:
