Linda Nilsen, AVP of Human Resources at Princeton University, is responsible for benefits, compensation, work life and wellbeing. She has over thirty years of benefit experience in both the pharmaceutical industry (Merck and Sanofi-Aventis) and higher education (Columbia and Princeton). She was featured in the American Healthcare Leader in 2022, is currently an advisor to New Jersey’s Health Care Affordability, Responsibility, and Transparency (HART) Program and an active member of the American benefits Council. Under Linda’s leadership, recent healthcare highlights include the University’s pilots to offer testing through a blood draw to detect cancer and offering onsite chronic condition care designed to remove barriers to healthcare resources and education for lower income employees.
