Charlotte West is Vice President of Client Development at Surest. She is passionate about health care and striving for changes to our system that eliminate waste and improve health. She oversees Surest Client Development for National Account customers. Before she joined Surest in 2017, she spent nearly 20 years in health care benefits consulting at Mercer, helping large employers across the country develop strategies to manage and optimize their health benefits. Charlotte earned her MBA from The University of Chicago and her BA from Colgate University.
